Breakfasts, Brunches, Lunches, Dinners, Charcuterie

Available for 2-8 people. Have your own private chef make you and your guests a wonderful meal, whether it's breakfast in the morning or a late evening dinner party, you can be sure that you and your guests will be enjoying a delicious and quality meal. I can offer a variety of courses, whether you would like to have appetizers to snack on while the main course is being prepared, or perhaps a delectable dessert to finish a wonderful night of dining. 

($300 for 2 people, an additional $25 for any added guests. Price may vary depending on the choice of meal.)

Meal Preparation 

Meal Preparation For Individuals And Families

Enjoy lovely homemade meals prepared by a chef in your own home to be had throughout the week. Can be done in individual meals or family-sized meals. (Containers required)

the type of food being prepared.)

Cooking And Butchery Lessons For Individuals And Groups

Private cooking and butchery lessons for an individual or group. Lessons can last 2 hours or longer if desired. 

($250 for a two-hour lesson, an additional $50 for any extra hours.)

Small Catering

For Groups Of 8 Or More

Small catering opportunities for groups. Meals can either be prepped ahead of the scheduled time or made on-site.

While my personal preference is for dishes that are rustic and beautiful in their simplicity, I am here to feed you! I would absolutely love to discuss a menu that suits your needs and preferences. I can work with any criteria provided, whether it be eating preferences such as pescatarian or vegan, or even health-related diets such as gluten-free or keto. Let's make a menu that suits you!

Fresh, Quality Ingredients

One of the many great joys of being a chef in such a wonderful county is that we are so close to some of the most amazing produce that can be found anywhere! Fresh and quality ingredients are a necessity for any tasty meal. I am a huge supporter of shopping local and very much enjoy buying produce and other ingredients from many of the local vendors in the county.

Dietary Customization

Health is one of the most important factors of having a great dish. While one dish may be great to some, it can leave others with heartburn for the rest of the night or may cause a reaction in their body. I want to work with you to create a diet or menu that suits your needs and allows you to have some amazing food that makes you forget that its a diet in the first place!

Hello! My name is Gregory Hodge. Ever since I was a young boy, I have always had a love for cooking. While some may have been yelling at their TVs while their favorite sports teams were losing, I was yelling at contestants on cooking shows who accidentally put salt instead of sugar into their cakes. I grew up in the mountains of New York in a small town called Mahopac. Once I turned 17, I moved to Fresno, California, where I would get my first-ever restaurant job as a prep cook at a diner known as Benediction in 2021. It was here that my love for cooking as an art became loving it equally as much as a trade. Learning new and exciting ingredients, making dishes I had never seen or heard of before, and experiencing new flavors that blew my mind away. From then on, I was hooked on being a cook, and I would go on to work at a variety of restaurants for the years to come as I moved around California and even back to New York for a short time. In time, I came to find the only two things I love more than my job as a chef: I came to know Jesus as Lord in 2022, and I met my wonderful wife, Sarah, in 2023, who I now share a wonderful son and have a daughter on the way. It is my joy to bring others joy with food and hospitality, and it would be my joy to be able to serve you as a personal chef!
